1 box of bucatini
½ cup pure pumpkin puree
½ cup milk or cream
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
3 leaves of sage
Salt and pepper to taste
1) On medium heat, sauté butter, garlic, sage about 2 mins then remove sage.
2) Add pumpkin and milk, whisking to combine.
3) Keep warm on low heat until pasta is ready to be added.
4) Toss and enjoy; garnish with whole sage leaf and chopped pistachio
