Do I need an account to purchase?
No. Creating an account is not necessary however doing so provides you with certain conveniences like checking on your order status and fast easy check out.
Where do you ship?
Hither Lane items ship from New York and shipping is available to anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to ship to US Military Bases.
How do you package your pieces for shipment?
A package from Hither Lane will arrive with the benefit and comfort in mind of as small a footprint as possible. In keeping with our commitment to offer a wide array of sustainable pieces made by environmentally conscious manufacturers, our standard shipments will arrive in repurposed packaging, cutting down on waste and allowing the beauty of its contents to speak for themselves.
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to connect our products to their new homes quickly and so packing and shipping orders are done asap. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel an order and we will try to accommodate where possible.

Can I combine promotional or discount codes?
Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Not yet but soon to come! Once we are able to offer gift wrapping we will add it as an option to select at check out. You can however, add a gift message on your shopping cart page that we'll include with your order free of charge.
Where do your products come from?
We support a diverse group of makers from around the world however the majority of our products are made in the US. What matters most to us is that the products we carry are made with authenticity, meaning that we aim to support the communities whose cultures have inspired these designs.
If I sign up for emails will I get a lot of them?
No. We are cautious to send emails only when we have exciting things to share and are respectful of your time and your inbox! With the exception of alerts like shipping notifications and order updates you will not receive more than one promotional email per week.
