Ingredients

1 large sweet potato 

1) Cut sweet potato into 3 inch long and  ½ inch thick fries

2) Coat evenly with olive oil, salt, pepper

3) Spread out on baking sheet and bake at 400 for 25 minutes, flipping fries halfway through


For the Dipping Sauce:

Combine:

1 part real maple syrup

1 part mustard

3 parts mayonnaise
